Purchase Orders

Need to pay by purchase order? No problem!

To get a quote for your purchase order, follow these steps:

Step 1) Add the product(s) to the cart.

Step 2) Go to the cart. Click the “Generate Purchase Order” button. 

Step 3) Complete the form.

Step 4) You will receive an email with your quote and our W-9 form. 

If you are a tax-exempt organization we will waive shipping to the contiguous United States, so your quote is good to go! 

Otherwise you’ll need to click the button in your email to go to your cart and add shipping to add include that in your quote and purchase order. If you are ordering more than 3 please contact us about shipping so we can keep your costs down.

Step 5) Once you have your purchase order and are ready to order, email us at info@thestressdetective and we'll send it right out! Please remember to email us your tax exempt certificate to avoid being charged for sales tax and shipping. 

We will send an invoice to the email used to make the order.
